The church does not just need workers to help the pulpit ministry, she requires effective workers. A dictionary defines “effective” as “adequate to accomplish a purpose, producing the intended or expected result.”

A similar dictionary definition of “effective” is “successful in producing a desired or intended result.” So the church needs workers with the capacity to produce a desired or intended result. Sometimes these workers will come forward themselves, and sometimes the pastor will have to invite them to work in specific areas in the church as divinely led like Jesus did when he invited the twelve disciples.
